Approved production standard: one feature and one relatable pain per short. The creator speaks directly to camera, product proof appears exactly when the solution is spoken, and every video ends with the spoken early-access CTA.

Non-negotiables

  1. The creator speaks. Use a direct-to-camera performance pipeline that generates facial performance and intelligible speech together. A silent actor with narration over them is not acceptable.
  2. The first words are the hook. No greeting, logo animation, scene-setting, or music-only lead-in.
  3. One feature per video. Do not squeeze all of Oz into one short.
  4. Product proof follows the sentence. Cut to the relevant UI exactly when the creator describes the solution.
  5. No meaningless demo loops. Start at useful motion, show the interaction once, and cut away before a freeze or repeat.
  6. No dead tail. The final frame contains a spoken CTA plus a complete, legible CTA card.
  7. Minimal visual language. Use bold captions, clean social cards, emojis, reaction crops, cursor/tap emphasis, and restrained motion—not AI-generated decorative illustrations.
  8. Time from real audio. Align edits and captions to the actual spoken waveform or transcript timestamps, never an estimated read.
  9. Mobile first. Deliver 9:16 at 1080×1920. Prefer the supplied mobile demo. Reframe desktop only when no mobile proof exists.
  10. Verify the render. Watch once with sound, once muted, and once at phone size before approval.
