STTechCraft developed the PDF Reader: Viewer & Maker app as a free, ad-supported application. This service is provided by STTechCraft at no cost and is meant to be used as is.
This page is here to clearly explain what we do — and don't do — with your information when you use our app. If you decide to use our service, you're agreeing to the practices described in this policy. We collect only what we need, and we use it only to make the app better for you.
To provide a smooth experience, the app may request certain information from your device. Any data we collect is used strictly for improving the service — we don't sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.
We also use trusted third-party services that may collect information to identify your device or usage patterns. Below are links to the privacy policies of those providers:
When something goes wrong in the app, we collect diagnostic information (called Log Data) through third-party tools like Firebase Crashlytics. This may include details such as your device's IP address, device model, operating system version, which part of the app you were using, and when the issue occurred. This helps us track down bugs and fix them faster.
We don't use cookies ourselves. However, some third-party SDKs embedded in the app may use cookies or similar tracking identifiers to improve their own services. You can choose to accept or decline these through your device settings — though doing so might affect certain parts of the app's functionality.
We work with outside companies for things like analytics, crash reporting, and ad delivery. These partners may have limited access to your information, but only to carry out the tasks we've asked them to do. They are contractually required to keep it confidential and may not use it for any unrelated purpose.
The app requests access to your device storage in order to let you open, view, and manage PDF files. We do not upload, copy, or transmit your files anywhere. All file operations happen entirely on your device.
