These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PDF Watch Viewer PRO mobile application (the "App") and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. Use is void where prohibited.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.

Permitted Use

Use the App to import documents (PDF, text, and images), convert supported files into PDF, organize them in your library, view them on your iPhone, and send them to your paired Apple Watch for offline reading.You may use the App for both personal and professional purposes.Comply with all applicable laws and respect the intellectual property rights of any documents you import.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Engage in illegal activities in connection with your use of the App.Import, store, or transfer documents that you do not have the legal right to use.Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the App.Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or any part of it.Attempt to circumvent any security features, subscription controls, or usage limitations of the App.
