Which file types can I import? You can import PDF files, plain text files, and images. Text files and images are automatically converted into PDF so they can be read on your Apple Watch.
How do I send a document to my Apple Watch? Open a document in your library on your iPhone and use the "Send to Watch" option. The file is transferred directly to your paired Apple Watch and stored for offline reading.
Do I need an internet connection? No internet connection is required to import, view, or read your documents. A connection is only needed to purchase, restore, or validate a subscription.
Why isn't my document appearing on my Watch? Make sure your Apple Watch is paired, nearby, and has enough storage. Large files may take a short time to transfer. If the document still does not appear, try reopening the App on both devices.
How do I zoom while reading on the Watch? Use the Digital Crown to zoom in and out while viewing a document on your Apple Watch.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select PDF Watch Viewer PRO. Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.
How do I restore my purchase? Use the "Restore Purchases" option in the App while signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
