PRF ("we," "us," or "our") operates the PRF mobile application (the "App"), available on iOS and Android. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the App, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1.1 Information you provide to us
- Account information: email address, password (stored in hashed form — we never store your plain-text password), and display name.
- Profile information: optional profile details such as your selected avatar, profile frame, country, and (where applicable) father's name.
- Donation and purchase information: donation amounts, frequency (one-time or recurring), currency, order details, and transaction history.
- Shipping information: when you place an order, we collect your recipient name, phone number, shipping address (address lines, city, postal code, country) so we can deliver your order.
- Support chat content: messages, images, videos, and files you send through the in-app support chat, along with related session details (such as timestamps and the agent assisting you).
- App PIN: if you enable the app lock feature, your PIN is stored securely on your device.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and technical data: push notification tokens, device platform (iOS/Android), app version, and app activity timestamps.
- Usage and engagement data: in-app activity used to power features such as badges, achievement levels, and reward points.
- Diagnostic data: technical telemetry (performance traces and metrics) used to monitor the reliability of our services.
1.3 Payment information
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (see Section 4). We do not collect or store your full card number, CVC, or banking credentials. We store only payment references such as a payment-provider customer ID, transaction status, amounts, and invoice identifiers.
