This Privacy Policy explains how Khayaban e Arshad (“the App”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our mobile application.
The App is a private community tool for residents and committee members of Khayaban e Arshad. It is used to manage town records such as plots, monthly fees, expenses, contributions, donations, reports, and committee contacts.
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the App.
The App is intended only for authorized residents, plot owners, and committee members of Khayaban e Arshad.
Accounts are created by authorized town administrators. The App does not offer public self-registration.
We collect only the information needed to operate town records and provide the App’s features.
a) Account information • Full name • Email address • Password (stored securely by our authentication provider; we do not see your raw password) • Phone number (if provided) • Role and committee post (for example: member, president, finance secretary) • Account status (active or inactive) • Profile photo (optional, for eligible committee contacts)
b) Town and property records • Plot details (plot number, size, status, ownership, and related map information) • Monthly fee records, payment status, fee requests, and payment history • Expense, contribution, and donation records • Town fund and monthly balance information • Committee contact details shown in the App
c) Photos and files you choose to provide You may upload photos or images for: • Profile pictures • Fee payment proof • Expense or donation receipts / proof • Home activity banners (authorized administrators only)
These images may be taken with the camera or selected from your photo library. We only access photos you choose to attach. We do not browse your full photo library.
d) Activity and administrative records Authorized administrators may create audit logs of important actions, such as creating or editing fees, expenses, plots, donations, accounts, and permission changes. These logs may include the actor’s name, user ID, role, and a summary of the change.
e) Device and technical information To run the App we may process limited technical information such as: • Sign-in status • App version (to check whether an update is required) • Basic network connectivity needed to load your data
We do not collect precise GPS location. We do not use advertising SDKs. We do not sell personal information.
We use information to: • Create and manage user accounts • Sign you in and keep your session secure • Show plot, fee, expense, donation, and fund information according to your role • Record and review fee payments and payment requests • Store receipts, proof images, and profile photos • Generate reports and allow authorized users to export or share reports • Display committee contacts • Maintain town records and audit history • Enforce access permissions set by town administrators • Improve reliability and provide support
