The App is designed to keep workout data on your device. It has no user accounts, Developer-operated backend, advertising, analytics, crash-reporting service, or cloud synchronization. The Developer does not receive your workout records unless you independently choose to send them, for example by attaching an exported file to a support message.
The App processes settings such as language and weight unit, training programs, program days, exercise selections, custom exercises, workout history, sets, repetitions, weights, progression values, and data you choose to import. This information is used only to provide the App’s planning, logging, progress, and transfer features on your device.
The App does not currently integrate with Apple HealthKit, Google Health Connect, or another health-data platform. It does not request access to location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photo-library data for its core operation.
The App does not send workout or program data to a Developer server because no such server is used. The Developer may receive your email address, message, and any information or attachment you voluntarily send to the support email. Support communications are used to answer your request, investigate an issue, protect legal rights, or comply with law.
Workout and program data is stored in an SQLite database on your device. A limited supporter-entitlement status is also cached in secure storage so the App can remember the last verified purchase state.
Optional supporter purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. The store may process account, device, payment, tax, transaction, and fraud-prevention information under its own terms and privacy policy. The Developer does not directly receive your full payment-card details.
The App receives store-provided product information, localized prices, and purchase or entitlement status needed to display products, complete purchases, restore purchases, and show supporter status. This information is processed through store services and on your device; it is not sent to a Developer-operated server. Store records remain subject to store retention and deletion rules.
The App can import and export certain program and custom-exercise data as JSON. Import uses a system document picker. Export uses a system document creator, share sheet, or save flow. The App acts only after you choose these actions and does not automatically upload transfer files.
After you export or share a file, its handling depends on the location, application, cloud service, or recipient you select. If you send an exported file to the Developer, the file may contain the program and custom-exercise information included in that export.
App store may process information when you download the App, make or restore a purchase, use operating-system backup or secure-storage services, open an external legal link, or use system file and sharing tools. Their handling is governed by their own policies, including the Apple Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.
