1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Account information • When you sign in with Apple, we receive your name and email address (or Apple's private relay email if you choose to hide it). We use this to create and secure your account.

Photos you provide • Wardrobe photos — photos of your clothing that you add to your digital wardrobe. These are stored securely so your wardrobe syncs to your account. • Model / person photos — photos you add for virtual try-on. These are stored securely so you can reuse them. • Try-on results — images generated when you try an outfit on a photo. These are stored so you can view your try-on history. • Color-analysis selfie — if you use the color-analysis feature, your selfie is sent for one-time AI analysis and is NOT stored on our servers. Only the resulting color profile (undertone, season, palette) is saved.

Location • With your permission, we use your device location to fetch local weather and to describe your area, so outfit suggestions suit the conditions. Location is used to request weather and is not used to track you.

Calendar • With your permission, we read your day's calendar events to infer the occasion (e.g. work, dinner) and tailor suggestions. We do not store the full contents of your calendar beyond what is needed to generate a suggestion.

Purchases • Subscriptions and credit purchases are processed by Apple. Our payments provider (RevenueCat) records purchase and subscription status. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Usage & diagnostics • We use analytics (PostHog) to understand how the app is used and to improve it, including app events, device type, and general usage patterns.

• Provide core features: wardrobe, outfit suggestions, virtual try-on, auto-tagging, and color analysis. • Personalize suggestions based on weather, occasion, your wardrobe, and your color profile. • Process payments and manage subscriptions and credits. • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues. • Improve and develop the app.

We do NOT sell your personal information.

──────────────────────────────────────── 3. AI PROCESSING & THIRD PARTIES

To provide AI features, images and related data are processed by trusted service providers on our behalf:

• Google (Gemini API) — powers virtual try-on, garment auto-tagging, and color analysis. Images are sent for processing to generate results. • Supabase — authentication, database, and secure storage of your account data and photos. • RevenueCat & Apple — subscription and in-app purchase processing. • PostHog — product analytics. • Open-Meteo — weather data (receives approximate location coordinates only).

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We share only what is needed for each feature to function.

• Wardrobe photos, model photos, and try-on results are kept while your account is active, or until you delete them or your account. • Color-analysis selfies are not retained after processing. • You can delete individual items in-app at any time. • When you delete your account, we delete your associated personal data, except where we must retain limited records for legal, security, or financial reasons.
