Privacy Policy for Chiseled AI

This Privacy Policy describes how Chiseled AI (“Chiseled AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Chiseled AI mobile application (the “App”). Chiseled AI is a face leanness tracking app that uses artificial intelligence to analyze face photos and generate a personalized plan.

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

a) Photos

• Face photos. When you complete a face scan (during onboarding and on each rescan), you provide a front and a side photo of your face. These photos are used for AI face-leanness analysis and are stored in our secure cloud storage (Supabase) in a private, per-user folder, along with the resulting scores so you can track changes over time.
• Food photos. When you log food by photo, the image is sent to our server and on to our AI provider for analysis. Food photos are processed to return a result and are not retained in our database after analysis.

b) Information you provide during onboarding

To generate your personalized plan, we collect the profile information you enter, which may include:

• Age, gender, height, and weight
• Your goal and self-assessed face leanness/confidence
• Sleep habits, water intake, exercise frequency
• Diet habits, how often you eat out, alcohol use, and stress level

c) Account information (Sign in with Apple)

When you sign in, we use Sign in with Apple. Apple provides us with a unique identifier for your account and, depending on your Apple settings, your name and an email address (which may be a private Apple relay address). We do not receive your Apple password.

d) Subscription information

Subscriptions and purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store and managed via RevenueCat. We receive subscription status (e.g., active/expired) and related identifiers. We do not receive or store your full payment card details — payment is handled by Apple.

e) Food and barcode lookups

When you scan a product barcode, the barcode number is sent to the Open Food Facts database to retrieve product and nutrition information.

f) Technical/usage information

We may process limited technical data (such as device-generated identifiers and error/diagnostic information) necessary to operate, secure, and improve the App.
