Welcome to the first project in my AI Prompt Engineering portfolio.

This case study demonstrates how I approach real business challenges using prompt engineering and conversational AI. Rather than simply writing prompts, I begin by understanding the business problem, the people affected by it, and the outcome the business is trying to achieve. From there, I design AI systems that solve practical problems while delivering a positive user experience.

For this project, I imagined a fictional consumer technology company called NanoSmart, a growing smart device manufacturer competing in a highly competitive market alongside brands such as Apple, Samsung, Google, and Tesla.

As the company grows, so does the number of customer inquiries it receives every day.

The Business Challenge

NanoSmart receives well over 10,000 customer enquiries daily.

Many of these interactions are repetitive and include:

• Product enquiries
• Order tracking requests
• Refund and return enquiries
• Product setup guidance
• Basic troubleshooting
• Warranty information
• Customer complaints
