Appointment Booking – A feature in the VIDA mobile application that allows customers to schedule appointments with partner hospitals and healthcare providers.
- Tested end-to-end appointment booking, rescheduling, and cancellation workflows.
- Validated hospital availability, booking confirmation, notifications, and error handling to ensure a smooth user experience.
VIDA New Insurance Products – A project to introduce multiple new insurance products within the VIDA application, covering health, maternity, child care, vision, and wellness benefits.
- Supported the launch of VIDA Senyum, VIDA Maternity, VIDA Child, VIDA Saver, VIDA Optik, and Essential+ through comprehensive functional and regression testing.
- Validated product enrollment, policy activation, benefit eligibility, and customer purchase journeys.
Essential+ - A wellness insurance product that provides members with access to health, fitness, and lifestyle benefits through partner merchants.
- Tested benefit booking and redemption for wellness services, including beauty treatments and sports activities such as padel, badminton, yoga, and pilates.
- Verified partner service integration, member eligibility, and redemption workflows across the application.
Klinik Pintar – A web portal for partner hospitals and clinics to manage patient examination records and process insurance services through a cashless system.
- Tested medical examination result uploads, patient records, and supporting document management.
- Validated insurance eligibility, cashless claim processing, and hospital-to-insurance workflows to ensure accurate claim transactions.
