Whether you're attempting your first raid or finally ready to tackle that boss you've been putting off, our PvM mentor team is here to help. No judgment, no gatekeeping, just patient and experienced players who genuinely enjoy helping others learn. This page covers how to get in touch, what to expect, and who specializes in what.

What Can a PvM Mentor Help With?

PvM mentors are here to help you learn new content at your own pace. That might look like:

• Walking you through mechanics before your first attempt
• Joining you for a learner run and guiding you in real time
• Answering questions about gear, inventory setups, and strategy
• Helping you figure out what content makes sense to tackle next based on where your account is at

If you're not sure whether your question is worth a ticket, it is. There are no dumb questions here.

How to Get Help

A. Open a Ticket

The most direct way to get one on one support is to open a ticket in Discord here

Here's what happens after you do:

1. A mentor will pick up your ticket and reach out to schedule a session or answer your question
2. You and your mentor will work out a time that suits both of you
3. Once your session is complete and you're good to go, your ticket will be marked as resolved and you'll receive a DM letting you know it's been closed. You're always welcome to open a new one any time
