User Agreement

Please read this agreement carefully before using "Panda Math Battle" (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). By using the App, you agree to this agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

I. Service Content

  1. The App offers features such as fun addition and subtraction level-based challenges, "Lightning Challenges," free practice modes, and rule explanations.
  2. Some features are available for free; certain premium benefits require a subscription, such as "Panda Academy VIP."
  3. We may optimize or adjust features, the number of levels, rules, and the user interface.

II. Accounts and Devices

  1. The App can be used without a separate registered account; progress is primarily saved locally on the device.
  2. Changing devices, reinstalling the App, or clearing data may result in the loss of progress.
  3. Subscription benefits are linked to your Apple ID; purchases can be restored in accordance with Apple's policies.

III. Membership Subscription and Payment

  1. Membership Name: Panda Academy VIP (auto-renewing subscription).
  2. Membership benefits may include: unlocking all levels, unlimited energy, using hints/skipping levels without consuming energy, additional daily attempts for Lightning Challenges, etc. Please refer to the in-app subscription page for specific details.
  3. Reference Prices (China region; actual prices are subject to the App Store display): · Weekly Membership: ¥8/week · Monthly Membership: ¥18/month · Annual Membership: ¥98/year · Monthly Discount: ¥12/month · Annual Discount: ¥58/year
  4. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID upon purchase confirmation. The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period; your account will be charged the renewal price within 24 hours prior to the expiration date.
  5. You can manage or cancel your subscription under "Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions."
  6. Except as otherwise provided by applicable law or Apple's policies, subscription fees already charged are generally non-refundable; please follow Apple's refund process for refund requests. IV. Free Energy and Fair Use
  7. Non-member users receive a limited amount of daily energy (default: 5 points), which resets at approximately midnight (local time).
  8. Incorrect answers, skipping questions, or using hints may consume energy; insufficient energy may restrict certain actions and prompt an upgrade to membership.
