INITIATION FEES - We have a one-time initiation fee as long as you remain an active member. Your dues are billed month to month, in advance, for as long as you remain a member of ParkFit Athletic Club. There may be variations in initiation fees based on specific membership agreements.

FINANCIAL - All dues, obligations, and other account charges are due by the 1st  day of each month. Financial obligations not paid in full each month will be assessed a late fee of $25.00 each month your account is past due. Each declined or unsuccessful autopay card transaction is subject to a $25.00 processing fee.

CANCELLATION - If you want to discontinue your membership, you must provide us with a 30-day written notice and your membership card. Any member may be involuntarily terminated for any of the following reasons:

MEMBERSHIP HOLD POLICY - Membership holds are available for medical or work-related reasons. A hold request must be supported by a signed doctor’s note for medical restrictions or a signed letter from an employer for work obligations. Membership holds must be requested in writing alongside required documentation (doctor’s note or employer’s letter) in order for membership dues to be paused. Approved holds may be placed on the membership for a minimum of 2 months and maximum of 6 months.

CHANGES - The initiation fees, monthly dues and membership rules and regulations are subject to change by the management from time to time. Members may be notified of such changes by email to the provided email on the membership account or any manner which the management of ParkFit Athletic Club feels is appropriate. Fees can only be changed once every calendar year.

STAFF – Qualified supervision and instruction is available for various activities (such as tennis, pickleball, personal training) as well as for all the equipment in our weight room. Our staff is happy to answer any questions you have about our facilities.

TENNIS - To eliminate injustices and differing codes of ethics, it is recommended that all players follow the USTA (THE CODE) book of “unwritten” personnel ethics. In addition to the USTA book, the following rules at ParkFit Athletic Club will also be in effect.

RACQUETBALL - All racquetball players are required to have a racquet safety cord and to wear it at all times during play. All racquets must have a bumper guard and the wearing of lensed eye guards is mandatory. No black-soled shoes allowed on the courts.

RESERVATIONS - Court usage is on a reservation system. Reservations may be as early as 1 week in advance beginning at 7:00 a.m., and anytime within that week. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reserved time. If the staff is unable to fill the reserved time, court time will be charged to the individual who reserved the court. NO SHOWS and LATE CANCELS will be charged at the rate of $25.00 per court reservation.

WEIGHT ROOM - Shoes and shirts are required at all times. No food or drink is allowed in the weight room. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed on the weight equipment. Remove all weights from the bars and replace the dumbbells when finished. We provide towels to wipe the perspiration from the equipment after each use. Please limit the time on the Tread Mills to 30 minutes when others are waiting. Refrain from loud coaching and grunting. If you have any questions about the weight room or equipment, ask to talk to the weight room attendant.

POOL/JACUZZI - Prior to entering the pool a shower is required. No balls, toys, etc., are allowed in the pool or Jacuzzi. No food or drinks are allowed in the pool area. Proper swimming attire is required. No cutoffs. No running, diving, or loud shouting. Children age 16 and under may only use the pools when a certified lifeguard is on duty. Adult supervision is still required for children under the age of 12.

TANNING BED - Reservations for tanning may be made one week in advance at the front desk. Always wear eye protection. Clean the bed thoroughly after each use. Two-hour cancellation is required. Failure to cancel results in being charged.
