Founded in 2018, b.Eautiful is a cultural project dedicated to sharing the depth and nuance of Japan, highlighting artists, designers, architects, musicians, photographers, filmmakers, and other creative voices whose perspectives often go unseen globally. Rooted in Los Angeles, b.Eautiful creates collections that support emerging Japanese artists through thoughtful collaboration.
b.Eautiful also produces all the merch for Cabagges, which is run by a couple from Hawai‘i now based in New York, sharing recipes, travel, and everyday life through their own lens. Their merch grows out of that content, turning the things they love, make, and experience into physical products.
Looking for: Contract Technical Designer
Location: Remote (Los Angeles preferred)
Role: Part-time contract position supporting product development and production across seasonal collections and collaborations.
Responsibilities include translating existing designs and artwork into production-ready tech packs, managing specifications and revisions, communicating with manufacturers, and preparing line sheets for wholesale. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in apparel and accessories production.
