1. Who We Are / 我们是谁

Pathory (“we”, “us”) is an iPhone app that helps you organize travel photos by trip. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use Pathory, and how you can control it.

Pathory（以下简称「我们」）是一款帮助你在 iPhone 上按「行程」整理旅行照片的应用。本隐私政策说明你在使用 Pathory 时我们如何处理相关信息，以及你如何进行控制。

2. Summary / 摘要

• Original photos and videos stay in the system Photos app. • Pathory does not upload original photos/videos to Pathory’s own servers. • Pathory does not require you to create an account. • Optional iCloud Sync may sync trip metadata and photo references through your Apple iCloud account. • Calendar access is optional and processed on your device when you use related features.

• 原始照片与视频仍保存在系统「照片」中。 • Pathory 不会把原图/原视频上传到 Pathory 自己的服务器。 • Pathory 不要求注册账号。 • 可选的 iCloud 同步会通过你的 Apple iCloud 账号同步行程元数据与照片引用。 • 日历权限为可选；使用相关功能时在本机处理。

3. Information We Process / 我们处理的信息

3.1 On-Device Data / 本机数据

By default, Pathory stores trip-related information on your iPhone, which may include: • Trip titles, dates, places, notes, and preferences • References to photos/videos (system photo identifiers), not the original media files • Optional location coordinates associated with a trip or photo reference • App settings (such as language preference and whether iCloud Sync is enabled)

默认情况下，Pathory 将行程相关信息保存在你的 iPhone 上，可能包括： • 行程标题、日期、地点、备注与偏好设置 • 照片/视频引用（系统照片标识符），而非原始媒体文件 • 与行程或照片引用相关的可选位置坐标 • App 设置（如语言偏好、是否开启 iCloud 同步）

3.2 Optional iCloud Sync / 可选 iCloud 同步

If you enable iCloud Sync in Pathory Settings, the on-device trip information and photo references described above may sync across your devices via Apple iCloud (CloudKit), using your Apple ID. • We do not operate a separate Pathory user account system. • Synced data is stored in your iCloud account under Apple’s infrastructure and policies. • Original photos/videos are not uploaded to Pathory servers as part of this sync.
