1. Immediate Contract Execution BEO Engine is a digital software service delivered instantly via electronic infrastructure. By purchasing the Service, you explicitly acknowledge, consent, and request that the digital content and unique Access Code be supplied immediately upon checkout. You expressly agree that by receiving immediate access, you waive your standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2023/2673 and applicable global consumer protection laws, and acknowledge that the contract is deemed fully executed upon delivery.
2. Policy & Restrictions Because digital codes cannot be returned or verified as unused, all sales of the BEO Engine product package are final and non-refundable once delivery has occurred.Initiating an unauthorized chargeback through your credit card provider or financial institution (including PayPal disputes) will result in the immediate deactivation of your accessCode and associated deviceId from our backend network.
3. Technical System Malfunctions Since the Service grants immediate access to digital content upon delivery, any claim regarding technical malfunctions must be substantiated by our automated system logs. In cases where initialization failure is objectively confirmed, the provider will issue a replacement Access Code to restore access. As the Service is deemed consumed upon the initial issuance of the Access Code, cash refunds are not available for technical issues.
