A performance marketer who owns growth across Meta and Google, balancing hands-on execution with agency management while building towards a fully in-house function.

What You'll Do

• Own performance marketing across Meta and Google
• Manage two agency partners and drive execution against growth goals
• Monitor and improve CAC, ROAS, MER, and overall channel efficiency
• Work closely with creative and growth teams to test, iterate, and scale campaigns
• Build processes to eventually bring performance marketing fully in-house

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience managing in-house Meta and Google Ads budgets with ₹4–5L/day in ad spend
• Experience managing external performance marketing agencies
• Strong understanding of attribution, funnel metrics, and performance reporting

Who You Are

• Comfortable taking complete ownership of performance outcomes
• Bias for execution over presentations
• Know when to scale, when to cut, and when to test
