Personalized Offers already existed as part of the banking app, but the experience lacked a clear identity and did not feel fully integrated into the broader product ecosystem.
The section needed to become more noticeable, easier to understand, and more engaging, while supporting a wider variety of personalized content and future scenarios.
Redesign the Personalized Offers experience to:
The goal was not simply to refresh the UI, but to turn Personalized Offers into a more structured and recognizable product experience that could attract more users and encourage repeated interaction
Before moving into the redesign, I reviewed the existing Personalized Offers experience and looked at how similar mechanics were handled across other mature consumer products.
The goal was not to replicate individual solutions, but to understand which interaction and content patterns already felt familiar to users and could naturally fit into the broader banking experience.
