Pinball Rush (app ID com.pinballrush.game on Google Play and the Apple App Store) is published by 7afidi. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].
Pinball Rush works without an account. Your scores, high-score lists, XP and level, unlocked cosmetics, achievements, table mastery, challenge stars, daily-challenge streak and settings are stored in the app's private storage on your device. We do not operate a server that receives this game data.
Android and iOS may back up the app's data according to your device settings (Google backup or iCloud). Those backups are managed by your backup provider.
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is played so we can improve the tables and fix difficulty problems. You control this in Settings → Usage analytics.
When enabled, the app sends game events such as: which screen is open, a game starting or ending (table, game mode, score, duration, balls used), where a ball drained, missions and the tutorial being completed, daily challenges being completed, and whether an ad was shown or a reward was earned. These events contain no names, email addresses or account information, and we do not set an analytics user ID.
The Firebase SDK also processes an app-instance identifier, app and device information, operating system, language, session and engagement information, and general location derived by Google from network information. These identifiers are pseudonymous, not a promise of complete anonymity. Pinball Rush disables Firebase's collection of the advertising ID and does not use Firebase analytics for ad personalization.
Turning analytics off stops future collection and resets the analytics data and identifier stored on the device. It does not automatically erase information Google already received.
Crash reporting helps us find and fix failures. It is on by default, based on our legitimate interest in keeping the app stable, and you can turn it off at any time in Settings → Crash reports. The game works the same either way.
Google Firebase Crashlytics receives diagnostic information when reporting is on, including stack traces, error messages, app version, operating system and device information, crash and session timestamps, and installation identifiers. These identifiers are pseudonymous. We do not add your scores or settings to crash reports, and we do not use crash reports for advertising.
The free app shows ads through Google AdMob: a banner at the top of the screen while you play, a full-screen ad between games (at most one every few minutes, never during play), and optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch for a clearly stated reward (continue a game with one more ball, or double XP). AdMob and its advertising partners may process IP addresses and approximate location, advertising and other device or app identifiers, device information, ad interactions and diagnostic information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and maintain their services.
Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform asks for your advertising privacy choices before ads are requested. When Google requires it, Settings → Privacy options lets you review or change those choices. You can also manage or delete your advertising ID in Android's privacy settings.
On iPhone, after Google's consent message, iOS asks once whether Pinball Rush may track your activity across other companies' apps and websites (App Tracking Transparency). Only if you choose "Allow" can AdMob use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA). You can change this at any time in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. The game plays the same either way.
