Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 27th, 2025
Pixel Camera does not collect, store, or share any personal information that identifies you.
We do not require users to create an account, log in, or provide any personal data. All app features function without user registration or tracking.
What We Don't Do:
- We do not collect or store names, emails, or any personal identifiers tied to your identity
- We do not access or request your location
- We do not use advertising trackers or share data for advertising purposes
Local Usage & Subscription Processing
Most features of Pixel Camera function entirely on your device, and nothing about your photos or camera usage is transmitted to us or anyone else. The one exception is subscription purchases: we use RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management service, to process and validate purchases made through Apple's In-App Purchase system. RevenueCat receives an anonymous, device-generated identifier along with your purchase/subscription status (e.g., active, trial, expired) — this is not linked to your name, email, or Apple ID identity. This data is used solely to unlock premium features and is not used for advertising.
Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Pixel offers auto-renewing subscriptions (Monthly and Annual plans) through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed directly by Apple through your App Store account. Pixel does not collect, receive, process, or store any payment information, including credit card numbers or billing details.
- Auto-Renewal Terms: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to at purchase (or the then-current price, if changed with notice as required by Apple).
- Managing or Canceling Your Subscription: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your device's Settings > Pixel > Subscriptions. Canceling stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
- Data Related to Purchases: Pixel may receive a record of your purchase (such as subscription status or transaction identifier) from Apple, via RevenueCat, in order to unlock premium features in the app. This information is used solely to manage your access to paid features and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
- Refunds: All refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policies, not by Pixel directly.
Changes to This Policy
If our data practices change in the future, we will update this policy and notify users through the app or App Store listing.
