• Information You Provide: Voice recordings, task titles, and habit descriptions.
• Automatically Collected Information: Device model, OS version, and crash logs (via Apple).
• Permissions:
  • Microphone: Required to record voice for task creation.
  • Speech Recognition: Required to transcribe audio on-device.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To convert your voice into text and then into structured tasks/habits.
• To sync data across your devices via iCloud (if enabled).
• To improve our AI extraction prompts (using anonymized data only).

4. Data Sharing & AI Processing

We prioritize your privacy. Here is how your data is handled:

• Audio Files: Voice recordings are processed on-device using Apple's Speech framework. The raw audio is never sent to our servers or third-party AI providers.
• Transcribed Text: To extract tasks and habits, the resulting text is sent to our AI service provider (OpenRouter/Google Gemini).
  • What is sent: Only the transcribed text and necessary context (e.g., current date).
  • What is NOT sent: Your name, email, or audio files.
• Apple: Purchase data is handled by Apple.
