I’m a tech marketer who has built the organic growth engine twice - for B2B SaaS selling to the US.
First at Hiver where content eventually generated 30% of the revenue pipeline - and then at Convertcart where I grew organic-sourced revenue from $0 to $1M ARR. (This doc goes deep on the Convertcart chapter; Hiver's here to show the pattern repeats, not as a separate case study.)
I’ve operated with the same thought process across channels: understand the customer, find a story worth paying attention to, turn complex products into simple ideas, and distribute those ideas wherever buyers are looking.
Convertcart was in a strange place - competing for organic attention against much larger e-commerce and CRO brands with bigger teams, stronger domains and significantly more resources.
It was obvious that we weren't going to win by talking about conversion rate optimization. We needed differentiation.
WHAT I DID
I built the organic content engine around high-intent customer problems, by using insights from our audits, experiments and CRO consultants.
The stories revolved around problems e-commerce founders faced - and I’ve always led with a distinct angle. SEO content was never my thing 🙂
