We do not sell "ideas." We engineer production-ready architectural blueprints optimized for KU algorithms, high read-through retention, and seamless ghostwriter onboarding.

All Production-tier packages include Full Commercial IP Transfer upon final payment.

NOVELLA FORMAT (20,000 – 35,000 words per book)

Ideal for fast-burn, high-retention KU series, shared-world anthologies, and rapid-release pipelines.

NOVEL FORMAT (70,000 – 100,000 words per book)

Ideal for deep-world Romantasy, complex Historical Romance, and high-angst Paranormal requiring extensive character arc tracking.

(Note: Phased delivery means Week 1: Series Engine + Book 1. Week 2/3: Remaining books + all ancillary assets. This allows you to begin ghostwriter onboarding immediately).

VOLUME RETAINERS

For studios and agencies commissioning 3+ Blueprints per month on a recurring basis.

Studio Tier Deliverables:

• Series Engine: Book-by-book milestone schedule, Cliffhanger Typology, Hook Register, Heat Escalation Trajectory, and "What Must Never Break" rules.
• Book Blueprint: Chapter-by-chapter roadmap (12–15 chapters for novellas, 20–25 for novels), structural positions, word targets, Scene Passports, and Heat Matrix.
• Character Profiles: Ghost, Lie, and Truth registers tracked per book.
• QA Sign-Off 9.0+: Structural review guarantee before handover.
• License: ✅ FULL COMMERCIAL IP TRANSFER upon final payment. You own the concept outright, can resell, adapt, or scale it indefinitely. (1 structured revision rounds included).

Production Tier Deliverables (Everything in Studio, PLUS):

• Hostwriter Onboarding Brief: A complete, plug-and-play manual for your ghostwriter. Includes voice guides, prohibited patterns, trope compliance checklists, and KU Preview formatting rules. They can start drafting on Monday morning.
• Continuity Tracker & DIMap: A living document to track character arcs, open loops, and world-building rules across multiple books or multiple writers.
• CommInt Package: Cross-book continuity intelligence to ensure the shared world holds perfectly across all entries.
• QA Sign-Off 9.0+: Structural review guarantee before handover.
• License: ✅ FULL COMMERCIAL IP TRANSFER upon final payment. You own the concept outright, can resell, adapt, or scale it indefinitely. (1 structured revision rounds included). </aside>

• Strict White Label / Ghost NDA (+50% on any package): For studios requiring total anonymity. Includes a binding NDA preventing us from ever mentioning this project, zero portfolio disclosure, and complete invisibility for your brand.
• Non-English Delivery (DE / ES / FR) (+10% on any package)
• Custom Build: Have a specific trope stack, heat level, or subgenre in mind that isn't in our catalog? Provide your brief, and we will engineer a bespoke Series Blueprint from scratch. (Custom scoping fee applies; contact us for details). </aside>

IP & LICENSING

Story IP Transfer Upon receipt of final payment, Fiction Blueprint Studio transfers full commercial rights to the Story IP (characters, plot, world, and narrative systems developed specifically for the commissioned work) to the Client. Production tier: full commercial transfer with no restrictions on use, adaptation, or sublicensing of the story itself. Studio tier: single-title commercial license — Client may not resell, distribute, or sublicense the Blueprint documents themselves as templates, frameworks, or educational materials.

Methodology & Framework Ownership In all tiers, Fiction Blueprint Studio retains 100% ownership of all underlying methodologies, frameworks, matrices, scoring systems, and QA architectures (including but not limited to Beat Architecture, Heat Ladder Protocol, Open Loop System, Scene Passport System, Hormonal Pendulum, and Narrative DNA Protocol). These are proprietary tools, not deliverables.

Reverse-Engineering Prohibition Reverse-engineering, systematic replication, or internal reconstruction of FBS methodology, frameworks, or document architecture for use on unrelated projects — whether by the Client, their team, subcontractors, or any third party — is strictly prohibited without a separate Enterprise Licensing Agreement. This applies to both the structural logic and the terminology of all FBS deliverables.

Attribution Studio tier Clients are required to credit Fiction Blueprint Studio for structural architecture in the book's acknowledgments. Production tier: attribution optional.

💳 PAYMENT & TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT

1. Payment Structure: All packages operate on a strict 50/50 model. 50% upfront upon signing the Engagement Agreement, 50% upon final delivery of all assets.
2. Async-Only Workflow: To preserve architectural focus and ensure every decision is documented, all scoping, revisions, and delivery happen via email and shared documents. No calls required.
3. Exclusivity & Delisting: Upon final delivery and IP transfer, the concept is permanently delisted from our catalog. It becomes exclusively yours. </aside>
