Issue ticket: https://github.com/livepeer/explorer/issues/697

This prioritized backlog translates the teardown, scenario analysis, gap specification, and design brief into a ranked set of Explorer improvement recommendations.

Each item is tied back to evidence from the competitive analysis, scenario testing, or Explorer gap specification. Items are scored by expected impact, severity, implementation effort, and dependency chain.

The goal of this draft backlog is to give the Review Team and community a clear, evidence-backed set of recommendations to react to before the final prioritization is locked.

Note that all items below are listed as high severity/priority. To view low and medium priority recommendations, visit “Unified Priority List” in the Gap Specification.

Quick Wins for Retro Grants

These are high-priority items that are relatively contained, improve trust or comprehension quickly, and can likely be addressed without a major redesign.
