PRIVACY POLICY — GoldenHourCam Effective Date: May 11, 2025

GoldenHourCam is designed with privacy at its core. The App does not require an account, does not connect to our servers, and does not transmit any personal information to us or to any third party.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or have access to:

• Your name, email address, or any personal identifier
• Your location data
• Diagnostic, usage, or analytics data
• Your photos or videos — these are saved directly to your device's photo library
• Device identifiers such as IDFA or IDFV
• Any data transmitted to our servers

The App contains no analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, crash reporting SDKs, or other third-party tracking integrations.

2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores the following data locally on your device using Apple's UserDefaults system:

• Your selected light preset
• Gradient intensity and animation preferences
• Mirror front camera preference
• Countdown timer setting

This data never leaves your device, is not accessible to us, and exists solely to remember your preferences between sessions. It is deleted when you uninstall the App.
