1. Introduction

Clawd ("the App") is a productivity app for planning your day, setting goals and getting help from an AI assistant. It is provided by Sebastian Roth ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains which data we process when you use the App, why, and what you can do about it.

3.1 Account data

• Email address and username (required to create an account)
• Optional profile details such as first and last name, profile picture, language and notification preferences
• Sign-in method: Sign in with Apple, Google or email and password

3.2 Content you create

• Goals, tasks, routines, projects, notes and subtasks
• Completions, streaks, time tracked with the focus timer and usage counters

3.3 Messages to the assistant and voice input

• Text you send to the assistant and the answers it gives. The assistant can read and change your tasks, goals and routines on your request.
• Voice recordings, only when you tap the dictation button. They are sent for transcription and not stored by us afterwards.

3.4 Subscription data

• Whether you have a subscription, its type and expiry. Payment is handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.
