• The App runs entirely locally on your device;
• Audio files you import are stored only on your device and never uploaded to any server;
• No login required. We do not collect account information, location, contacts, or any personal identifiers;
• No usage logs, click data, or behavioral analytics are collected.

2. Permissions

The App may request the following permissions:

1. Audio Playback Permission : Used to play sleep sounds. This permission is required;
2. File Access Permission : Used to import local audio files. This permission is required;
3. Background Audio Permission : Used to continue audio playback in the background. This permission is optional.

3. Data Security

Since no user data is stored in the cloud, your privacy is entirely under your control. We cannot access any content on your device.

4. Children's Privacy

This App is suitable for all ages and does not collect information from children under 13.

5. Policy Updates

We may update this policy and will notify you within the App.
