What we collect

Account data

When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique user identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email address. This is used solely to identify your account and sync your data across devices.

Tracker data

Everything you log in TRKR — categories, trackers, entries, notes, and photos — is stored in a cloud database (Supabase) linked to your account so your data is available across reinstalls and devices.

Apple Health data

If you enable the Apple Health connector, TRKR reads workout data from your Health app to pre-fill tracker entries. This data is never sent to any third party. It is used only within the app on your device and synced to your private account storage.

Local device data

Reminder preferences, app settings, and widget data are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device except as part of your TRKR account sync.

What we do not collect

• We do not collect analytics or crash reporting data
• We do not sell or share your data with advertisers
• We do not track your location
• We do not read any Health data other than workouts, and only when you explicitly enable it

Third parties

Supabase — Your tracker data is stored on servers provided by Supabase, Inc. Supabase is used solely as a database and does not use your data for any other purpose. You can review their privacy policy at supabase.com/privacy.

Apple — Sign in with Apple and in-app purchases are handled by Apple. Apple's privacy policy applies to those interactions.

Data retention and deletion

Your data is retained as long as your account exists.
