Techlodger ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Spelling Bee Quiz mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.

Information stored on your device

When you use the App, we store the following information LOCALLY on your device. This information is never transmitted to us or to any third party:

• Your first and last name (optional, used for personalization)

• Game progress, scores, and settings

• Custom word lists you choose to upload

• App preferences (voice, music, theme)

Information transmitted to third-party services

The App uses the following third-party services. Each handles data according to its own privacy policy:

• ElevenLabs (text-to-speech): When you use AI Voice, words are sent to ElevenLabs to generate audio. See https://elevenlabs.io/privacy
• WordsAPI / Free Dictionary API / Wiktionary (word definitions): Words you look up are sent to dictionary services to retrieve definitions. See https://wordsapi.com and https://dictionaryapi.dev
• Apple StoreKit (subscriptions): If you purchase a subscription, Apple handles all payment processing. See https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

Information we do NOT collect

We do not maintain any servers, databases, or user accounts. We do not collect:

• Email addresses (unless you voluntarily email us feedback)
• Passwords
• Location data
