Cursor Usage Tracker is a browser extension that displays your Cursor AI usage statistics locally in the browser. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Data Collection

This extension does NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data with any third party or external server.

What the extension accesses

• Cursor session cookie (WorkosCursorSessionToken): Read locally to authenticate API requests to cursor.com on your behalf. This cookie is never sent to any server other than cursor.com.
• Cursor API responses: Usage data (token counts, costs, model names, request timestamps) is fetched from cursor.com and displayed locally in the extension popup. This data is never transmitted elsewhere.

Data Storage

• User preferences (such as saved tokens for multi-user switching) are stored locally in Chrome extension storage on your device.
• No data is stored on external servers, databases, or cloud services.

Third-Party Services

This extension communicates only with cursor.com APIs to fetch your usage data. It does not contact any other third-party services.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer any user data to any third parties. Period.
