Micrology helps you track micronutrients. This policy explains what information the app collects, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. Because the app handles health-related information about you, we treat that data with care and only use it to run and improve the features you choose to use. By using Micrology you agree to this policy.

1 · Information you give us Account: when you sign up we collect your email address and an authentication token (handled by our identity provider, Supabase)the answers you provide duringonboarding and in Settings — such as biological sex, age, height, weight, dietary patterngoals, activity level, and any hFood and nutrition logs: the foods you log, portion sizes, serving details, and the resulting nutrient totals, timestamps, anotes. This information is necesn and calculate your daily scores. 2 · Camera, photos, microphone & If you use photo logging, the photo you capture is sent to a food-identification service to recognise the food; if you usf the Nutrition or Supplement 2 · Camera, photos, microphone & label scans If you use photo logging, the phfood-identification service onlyto recognise the food; if you use label scanning, the image of the Nutrition or SupplemenFacts panel is read to extract tgnition for labels runs on yourdevice using Apple Vision; an optional enhanced scan may send the image to our processingservice. Voice logging is transcple's speech recognition and isnot stored as audio by us. A downscaled thumbnail of a logged photo may be saved with thaon your device. We never use thent values beyond what is printedor identifiable — all nutrient amounts come from lab databases or the label itself.

3 · Health & fitness data (Apple Health / HealthKit) We consider your profile inputs th information and protect themaccordingly. If you choose to connect Apple Health (HealthKit), we access only the data tyou authorise — for example writing body metrics — and only whileyou keep that permission enabled. We do not use any data obtained through HealthKit for advertising, marketing, or sale,d parties for those purposes, andwe do not use it for any purpose other than the features you enable, consistent with ApplHealthKit requirements. You can the Apple Health app. 4 · Information collected automa To keep the app working and secure we may collect basic technical and usage information sapp version, device type and openostic logs, and rate-limitcounters tied to your account. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

5 · How we use your information We use your information to: crearate your custom plan andpinned/starred nutrient recommendations; calculate daily, aesthetics, absorption, and calorie-balance read-outs; ident scan; sync your data across yourdevices and restore it when you sign in; provide support and respond to your feedback; opsecure, debug, and improve the stions. Your custom plan andrecommendations are produced by deterministic rules and lab data — never by generating headvice or nutrient values with A 6 · How we share information We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: service providers who prdata on our behalf under contracation host (Supabase), oursubscription manager (Superwall and the App Store), and the food-identification, label-reand nutrition-lookup services usith authorities when required bylaw or to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asssale, in which case we will noti only use the data to performtheir service for us.

7 · Nutrition databases & attributions Nutrient values are drawn from pn data, including the USDAFoodData Central databases, Public Health England's Composition of Foods Integrated Datas(CoFID, used under the Open Gove Dietary Supplement LabelDatabase, Open Food Facts, and, where enabled, Nutritionix and the FatSecret Platform APIWhere data from these sources ision is displayed in the app. 8 · Data retention & security We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide thservice, then delete or anonymisod unless we must retain it forlegal reasons. On your device, your logs, profile, plan, and settings are stored as filesprotected with full file-level eevice backups. Authenticationtokens are stored in the iOS Keychain. Data synced to our backend is protected with accescontrols so that only your accoumethod of transmission or storageis completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

9 · Your choices & rights You can edit your profile and go your logs at any time, and revoke camera, microphone, speech, notification, or Apple Health permissions in iOS Settings. Yorequest access to, correction ofour personal information bycontacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws sucthe EU/UK GDPR or the California including the right to know,delete, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights; we do not sell orpersonal information as defined 10 · Children's privacy Micrology is not intended for children. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app,in the United States we do not kormation from children under 13(and not below the minimum age required in your country, which may be higher). If you belchild has provided us with persond we will delete it. 11 · International users We may process and store your information in countries other than where you live, includiUnited States, which may have di Where required, we useappropriate safeguards for international transfers. By using the app you consent to this processing.

12 · Changes to this policy We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date and version at the top and,u in the app. Your continued useafter an update means you accept the revised policy.
