Privacy Policy — Project Share Portal for Jira

1. Overview Project Share Portal for Jira ("the App") is an Atlassian Forge application that allows Jira users to generate read-only, shareable snapshots of their project tasks for external stakeholders.
2. Data We Store The App stores the following data in Atlassian Forge's secure Key-Value Storage:

• A snapshot of Jira issue fields: summary, status, assignee name, and priority (no other fields)
• A randomly generated secure token tied to each portal link
• The gadget ID used to identify the portal

No passwords, email addresses, or personal information beyond what is already present in your Jira instance are collected or stored by the App.

1. How Data Is Used Stored snapshots are used solely to render the external-facing portal page for stakeholders you choose to share the link with. The App does not make live Jira API calls to unauthenticated users.
2. Data Retention Snapshot data persists until you explicitly revoke the portal link via the gadget UI, which permanently deletes the data from storage.
3. Third Parties The App does not share, sell, or transmit data to any third-party service. All data remains within Atlassian's Forge infrastructure.
