1. Zero PII Collection BEO Engine operates under a strict data minimization and Zero-Knowledge framework. We do NOT collect, harvest, or store any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as real names, actual email addresses, social logins, or billing details within our application database.
2. Data We Process To compute your daily lifestyle rhythm dashboard, the Service processes only anonymous parameters: anonymous profile inputs (such as date of birth), voluntary self-assessment indicators, a client-side random token (deviceId), and the verification accessCode.Data Sovereignty: All processing and data operations execute securely and are hosted primarily within secure cloud infrastructure located in the United States. Data logs are fully decoupled from any real-world identity.
3. Retention & Audit Logs 30-Day Automated Truncation: Database records older than 30 days are permanently and automatically deleted from our servers. Permanent archiving is the sole responsibility of the user.Audit Logging: User consent timestamps, access initialization times, and code activation logs are archived with strict timestamps for the sole purpose of transaction verification and chargeback defense.
4. Framework & Children Financial transactions and initial code delivery are executed entirely by our designated global e-commerce merchant and its integrated payment gateways (including PayPal). We do not hold financial credentials. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 13 pursuant to COPPA and GDPR.
