This policy applies to the mobile applications published by Emine Altintop ("we", "us"). It explains what data our apps collect, how it is collected, what it is used for, and which third parties receive it.

1. No account, no personal profile

Our apps do not ask you to register. There is no name, email address, phone number or password to enter. Each installation is given a random, anonymous identifier so that your purchases and your content stay attached to your device. That identifier is not linked to your name, your Apple Account or any other service.

2. What we collect, and how

• Content you submit. Photos, images or other files you choose to process. They are uploaded only at the moment you request a result, only for that request, and only after you have confirmed it.
• Your settings for that request. The options you selected, such as a style, a format or an output size.
• Anonymous identifier. The random installation identifier described above.
• Purchase status. Whether you hold an active subscription and any remaining balance. Payments are processed by Apple. We never see your card details.
• Diagnostics. Crash reports and basic, non-identifying usage events, used to find bugs and improve the app.

We do not collect your contacts, your location, your browsing history, your advertising identifier, or the rest of your photo library. Our apps read only the files you hand to them.

3. Who receives your data

• Google Gemini (Google LLC) — our AI processing provider. The content you submit, together with your chosen settings, is transmitted to Google Gemini, which produces the result and returns it to us. This is the only purpose for which your content is shared. Google is bound by its paid API terms to protect the data to the same standard set out in this policy, to process it only for the purpose above, and not to use it to train models. • Apple — payment processing for all in-app purchases.
• Service providers that host our infrastructure, store files, manage subscriptions and collect crash reports on our behalf. They act only on our instructions, under contract, and are required to protect your data to the same standard described here.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or any party other than those listed above.

4. Consent

Before any content leaves your device for the first time, the app shows a screen that names the data being sent, names the third party receiving it, and asks you to accept. Until you accept, nothing is uploaded. That disclosure stays available inside the app so you can read it again at any time.
