This Privacy Policy explains how CarSmith ("CarSmith," the "App," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application. CarSmith lets you upload photos of vehicles and use artificial intelligence to create edited images and videos.

By using CarSmith, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

We aim to collect as little personal information as possible. CarSmith does not require you to create an account or provide your name to use its core features.

a) Content you provide

• Photos and images you upload from your camera or photo library.
• Text prompts and selections you enter to guide AI generation.
• Support messages you send us (including your email address if you contact us).

b) Information collected automatically

• Device and technical data such as device model, operating-system version, app version, language/region, and general diagnostic and crash information.
• Usage data about how you interact with the App's features, used to keep the App working and to improve it.
• Approximate location may be inferred from your IP address; we do not collect precise GPS location.

c) Subscription information

• When you purchase a subscription, purchase and entitlement data is processed by Apple and our subscription provider. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide the App's core features — processing your photos and prompts to generate images and videos you request;
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the App;
