Bentham Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Waves mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using Waves, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Waves generates romance fiction, including ("spicy") content, and is intended for users 13 years of age or older.
Account Information. Waves signs you in anonymously. We do not require your name, email address, or phone number to use the App. An anonymous device-specific identifier is used to associate your activity with your account.
Content You Provide. When you create a story, we collect the selections and text you provide, including:
Generated Content. We store the stories and cover images generated for you (title, description, story text, and cover artwork) so they remain available in your library.
Community Sharing. If you choose to share a story using the "Share with the community" feature, that story's title, description, text, and cover image become publicly visible to all users of the App within the Community tab. Do not share anything you do not want to be publicly visible. Shared stories cannot be edited or deleted once posted.
Purchase Information. Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple and our subscription management partner. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
Usage and Device Data. Our service providers (listed below) may automatically collect device identifiers, app usage analytics, and diagnostic information as part of operating their services.
