RosterCompanion is designed as a local-first app. Based on the current version of the app:

• roster images you choose are processed on your device
• OCR runs on your device using Apple Vision
• parsed roster data is stored locally on your device
• we do not require an account
• we do not use advertising SDKs
• we do not use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs
• we do not sell your personal information

Information the App Uses

RosterCompanion may use the following information that you choose to provide:

• roster screenshots or other image files you import
• text recognized from those images through on-device OCR
• parsed roster entries such as dates, flights, layovers, off days, and related notes

How Information Is Collected

Information is collected only when you choose to:
