I. What User Information We Collect

1. Information You Voluntarily Provide

Personal information you voluntarily provide. Personal information refers to various types of information that can identify a natural person's identity, either alone or in combination with other information. Unless we have your consent, we will not collect your personal information without authorization. When you register an account or use our services, you may provide us with relevant personal information as required by the function. For example, when you register a Hermes APP account, you need to provide us with a phone number or email address, etc.; when you communicate with our customer service team, you may also provide some personal information.

Other non-personal information you voluntarily provide. For example, when you use our Hermes, we will collect and save voice, conversation content, etc., during your use to better optimize our product functions and user experience. Among them, text or images related to intelligent conversations, skills, memory documents, etc., may be processed by the third-party AI service you choose, see "II. 2. Information We Automatically Collect When You Use Our Services

Log Information. When you use our products and services, we may automatically collect certain information through Cookies or other means and store it in server logs. Such information may include: detailed usage of products and services, such as the time you open the APP, duration of use, page addresses visited; habit statistics data; device event information, such as crashes, system activities, etc.; IP address, etc. To the extent that specific natural persons cannot be identified, such data may be used anonymously or in aggregate form.

Your Device Information: If you use our services through a mobile device, we will obtain relevant permissions for your device, such as network permission, location permission, file read permission, Bluetooth permission, photo read permission, camera permission, etc. Through these permissions, we can identify the approximate location of your mobile device, provide device scanning and connection services, modify avatars, synchronize information, and other functions. Location Information: We may use GPS, Wi-Fi, or other technical methods to collect and process information about your location.

To identify your device ID, prevent malicious programs and anti-cheating, improve service security, and ensure operational quality and efficiency, we will collect your device information (including IMEI, MEID, Android ID (Android system), IMSI, GUID, MAC address, IDFV, OAID (HarmonyOS), ODID (HarmonyOS), AAID (HarmonyOS) (HarmonyOS NEXT system)), read the Wi-Fi BSSID, collect the device MAC address, and the list of installed software or running process information.

Obtain the IMEI, OAID, Android ID (Android system), OAID (HarmonyOS), ODID (HarmonyOS), AAID (HarmonyOS) (HarmonyOS NEXT system) of the user device to uniquely identify the user via IMEI, OAID, Android ID (Android system), OAID (HarmonyOS), ODID (HarmonyOS), AAID (HarmonyOS) (HarmonyOS NEXT system) to provide statistical analysis services.

Obtain Wi-Fi MAC address: On tablet devices or TV boxes, when the device cannot be identified via IMEI, we will use the Wi-Fi MAC address as the user's unique identifier to provide statistical analysis services normally.

Read Wi-Fi scan results to identify fake devices, anti-cheating, and advertiser attribution.
