Clovy does not collect any personal information such as your name, email, or phone number. When you use the app, we create an anonymous identifier to store your journal entries, clover count, and character growth data. This identifier cannot be used to identify who you are.
When you use the AI-assisted writing feature, your text is sent to Google's Gemini API to help identify moments of happiness and luck. This text is processed solely for this purpose and is not stored by Clovy beyond your journal entries.
Clovy uses Firebase for data storage and Google Gemini API for the AI feature. These services have their own privacy policies:
Your data is stored on Firebase servers. If you delete the app, all data associated with your anonymous account is permanently deleted from our servers.
Clovy is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We may update this policy with future app updates. Changes will be reflected in the app.
