NowShip (also referred to as "The Last 90 Minutes" in this policy) is a 90-minute delivery sprint app. This policy describes what data the app handles, how it is used, and the choices you have. We have written it in plain English on purpose. If anything is unclear, contact us at [email protected].

1. Information We Collect

The app is designed to work locally on your device. The information the app handles falls into three buckets.

Information you provide inside a sprint

When you start a sprint, you write a task title, choose up to three inner demons (such as Procrastination or Perfectionism), and decide whether to submit a deliverable at the end. When you submit, you may attach a file, paste a link, upload a screenshot, or write a short completion note. This information is stored on your device and is part of your local session history.

Information you provide when sharing

Sharing is opt-in. If you tap the share card or victory card, the app hands the text or image to your device's normal system share sheet. We do not see, log, transmit, or store who you shared with. We do not run our own social network. We do not see your contacts.

Information collected automatically

The app records anonymous session events on your device for the in-app history feature: when a sprint started, when it ended, which demons you picked, whether the timer completed, whether you delivered, and whether you triggered the shake-to-reshuffle. No personally identifying information is attached to these events. They never leave your device unless you choose to export them.

2. How We Use Information

All information described above is used for one purpose: running the app for you on your device. Specifically:

• To run the 90-minute or 45-minute countdown and the auto battle on the pixel island.
• To remember your local sprint history, victory cards, and contract cards.
• To populate the system share sheet when you choose to share a contract or victory card.
• To allow you to submit and view your own deliverables inside a sprint.

We do not use the information to build advertising profiles, to train AI models, to sell to third parties, or to identify you across other apps or websites.

3. Data Storage and Security

All session data, deliverables, contract cards, and victory cards are stored locally on your device. The app does not operate a backend that stores your tasks, your deliverables, or your share history.
