Privacy Policy for Dynamics Case Hashtag Suggestor

1. Data Collection and Usage

The "Dynamics Case Hashtag Suggestor" extension operates entirely locally within your web browser. It scans Microsoft Dynamics case subject and description fields on active pages to recommend relevant hashtags from a local keyword dictionary.

2. Data Storage and Transmission

• No personal data, case details, or user input is collected, stored, or transmitted to any external servers, third-party services, or analytics providers.
• All page scanning and tag suggestions occur entirely on the client side in real time.

3. Permissions

The extension requests permissions solely for https://*.dynamics.com/* and https://*.crm.dynamics.com/* to execute content scripts that render the hashtag suggestion widget on Microsoft Dynamics pages.
