Prism Reader ("we", "our", or "us") is designed to work without collecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what Prism Reader stores on your device and what it does not collect.

Your books stay on your device

When you open a PDF, Prism Reader copies it into its own private storage so it can reopen the book later. That copy never leaves your device. Nothing is uploaded, backed up to us, or shared with anyone.

No account, no tracking

There is no sign-in. Prism Reader contains no analytics, no advertising, and no third‑party trackers, and it does not build a profile of you or of what you read.

What is stored, and where

Prism Reader stores certain information locally on your device to make the app work smoothly, including:

• Recent files
• Library folders
• Display and reading preferences
• Last-read page / reading position

This information is stored only on your device. If you uninstall Prism Reader, this local data is removed.

Information we do not collect

Because Prism Reader does not use accounts, analytics, advertising SDKs, or cloud syncing, we do not collect or receive:

• Your name, email address, or other account information
• Your reading history on our servers
• Device identifiers for tracking
• Location data
• The contents of your PDFs
