GomezLTC Salesperson App is an internal business tool. This policy describes what information the App collects and how it's used.

Information We Collect

• Account information: phone number and/or email used to sign in.
• Client information: names, phone numbers, email addresses, and property addresses entered by our staff for business record-keeping.
• Photos: images of job sites and work uploaded by staff, stored securely and linked to the relevant property record.
• Usage data: basic app activity needed to operate core features (e.g., quotes, maps, client records).

How We Use Information

Information collected is used solely to operate the App's core functionality — managing clients, job sites, quotes, and related business records. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services to function:

• Google Maps / Places API — for map display and address lookup.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — for database handling and backend logic.

These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service to the App and are bound by their own privacy and security practices.

Data Security

Photos and records are stored in access-controlled infrastructure. Authentication uses secure tokens; passwords codes are never stored in plain text.

Data Retention

Client and job-site records are retained as long as needed for business operations. Contact us to request deletion of specific records.
