This Privacy Policy explains how ONNEX YAZILIM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (“ONNEX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the MesDICOM mobile and desktop application (the “App”), including any free and paid (MesDICOM Pro) features.

1. Important summary
- Medical images stay on your device. DICOM studies you import or open are processed and stored locally on your device for viewing. We do not upload your studies, images, or patient data to our servers for reading or storage.
- No account is required. You can use the App without creating a username or password.
- We are not a medical device manufacturer for diagnostic use. MesDICOM is a viewing tool. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it is not a substitute for professional clinical software or a licensed clinician’s judgment.
- Limited technical and purchase-related data may be processed by us or by service providers (Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Firebase) as described below.
2. Information we process
2.1 Data that stays on your device
The App stores the following on your device (for example in the App’s local library / container):
- DICOM files and related study data you import (including folders, ZIP archives, and files opened via system share sheets)
- Library organization data (for example folders, patient grouping derived from DICOM tags, thumbnails)
- Viewer settings and measurements you create in the App
- Bundled sample studies shipped with the App
We do not receive copies of this content unless you choose to share something yourself (for example via the system share sheet or a PDF export you send).
If you connect the App to a DICOM web server that you configure, network requests go between your device and that server. We do not operate that server and do not receive the imaging data transferred in that connection.
2.2 Anonymous app identifier
The App may generate and store an anonymous identifier in the device Keychain. This identifier is used to associate purchases / entitlements (for example MesDICOM Pro) with the installation and is not a name, email, or login account.
