Omne is not intended for children under 13. By using this app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address via Firebase Authentication and Supabase to create and manage your account.
• Workout Data: We store your workout routines, saved plans, and exercise history locally and sync it to your secure Supabase database to provide a seamless experience across devices.
• Body Position Data (Camera): Our app uses your device's camera to capture body position and joint landmark data (not video or images) to track your form in real time. This position data is sent securely to our servers for AI-powered analysis and form correction, then discarded — we do not store, save, or retain any camera footage or images.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the core features of the app (workouts, streaks, reminders).
• To authenticate your account and keep your data secure.
• To provide real-time AI form correction using body landmark data.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following trusted third-party providers to operate Omne:

• Firebase (Google): Account authentication and analytics.
• Supabase: Secure storage for your workout plans and profile data.
• Groq: AI inference service that receives body position landmark data (not video) to power real-time form analysis and correction. Data sent to Groq is processed and immediately discarded — it is not stored or used for training.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data is only shared with the third-party providers listed above, solely for the purpose of app functionality.
