Rhythmic AI — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Rhythmic AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Rhythmic AI application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: your email address and display name when you create an account.
• Practice content: photos of sheet music, audio or video recordings of your playing, and chat messages you send to the AI coach.
• Usage data: exercises completed, practice time, streaks, experience points, and similar activity used to power your progress features.
• Subscription status: which plan your account is on and how many Coach Credits you have left. We do not receive or store your payment details — see section 4.
• Device and technical data: basic information needed to operate the App reliably (e.g., app version and crash diagnostics).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide AI coaching feedback on the content you share.
• To track your progress, streaks, and achievements.
• To give you the features included with your subscription plan.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the App.
• To communicate with you about your account or support requests.

3. AI Processing and Third Parties

To generate coaching feedback, content you submit (such as sheet-music photos, recording analyses, and messages) may be processed by trusted third-party AI and cloud providers acting on our behalf, including Anthropic (the AI model) and Amazon Web Services (hosting and storage). These providers process your data only to deliver the service and under their own commitments. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers the following plans:

• Basic Subscription — free. No purchase, no renewal. Includes a one-time allowance of 50 Coach Credits that does not reset.
