This Privacy Policy explains how the Lea iOS app ("Lea") stores, uses, and shares information. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Lea's developer.

  1. Information Lea stores on your device

Lea is designed to be local-first. The app does not require an account, and your ring schedule and history are stored on your device. Depending on how you use Lea, the app may store:

This information stays in Lea's local storage unless a third-party service described below processes information for a specific feature. Information that remains only on your device is not accessible to us unless you choose to share it, such as in a support request.

Lea does not currently sync your ring data through CloudKit. Your device or operating-system backup may include local app data if you have backups enabled with Apple.

  1. Notifications and widgets

Lea may ask for notification permission so it can schedule local reminders to insert or remove your ring. If you enable follow-up reminders, Lea may schedule a second reminder after the first. Notification scheduling is handled locally through iOS.

A notification may reveal that it is time to insert or remove a ring on your Lock Screen or to another person who can view your notifications. Discreet mode replaces this wording with a general prompt to check Lea. You can change Lea's reminder settings in the app and manage notification permissions, previews, and Lock Screen access in iOS Settings.

Lea widgets use a small local snapshot shared between the app and its widget extension. The snapshot is used only to display ring status and timing information on your device. Widget content may be visible while your device is locked, depending on your iOS settings.

  1. Purchases and subscriptions

Lea may offer paid access or subscriptions. Apple processes App Store purchases, and Lea uses RevenueCat to manage purchase and entitlement status. When you purchase, restore, or manage access, Apple and RevenueCat may process information such as:
