This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled in connection with mobile applications published by Mobi-net Paweł Lewiński that display or link to this Policy (each an "App", together the "Apps").

The Policy is intended to meet the transparency requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the privacy requirements of the Apple App Store and, where an App is offered there, Google Play. The data actually used by a particular App depends on its functions. An App uses only the categories of data needed for the features available in that App, as disclosed through its permission prompts, in-App notices, the list of services described in Section 3 and the store privacy information.

If an App provides an additional, more specific privacy notice, that notice supplements this Policy and takes priority for the feature it describes.

In this Policy, "we," "us" and "our" refer to the controller identified above.

2. Privacy summary

Depending on the App and the features you choose to use:

• core content, preferences and history may be stored locally on your device;
• we use analytics and diagnostics tools (such as Google Analytics for Firebase and PostHog) only after you give your consent in the App, and you can withdraw that consent at any time in the App settings;
• an App may request a device permission, such as notifications, camera or location, only when needed for a feature;
• purchases and subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and an App may use a subscription-management provider (such as Adapty) to manage access to paid features;
• support and feedback may be provided by email or through an external Google Forms page;
• we do not sell or rent personal data;
• we do not use personal data for third-party advertising or cross-app advertising tracking;
• our Apps do not use Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework because they do not perform "tracking" as defined by Apple; and
• the native Apps do not use browser cookies, although external websites opened from an App may use them under their own policies.
