Information We Collect

1. Account and Business Information

• Merchant Account Details: Name, email address, company information, and contact details provided when using Reovy.
• Shopify Integration Data: Store information and authentication tokens required for Reovy to function with your Shopify store.

2. Order and Upsell Information

• Order Data: We process order information from your Shopify store to enable post-purchase upsells and related functionality.
• Customer and Product Identifiers: We may store customer IDs, order IDs, product IDs, and other identifiers provided through Shopify's API.
• Order Details: Product quantities, variants, pricing information, order value, and order status required to display and process post-purchase offers.
• Upsell Information: Information relating to offers displayed, products offered, accepted offers, declined offers, and upsell performance.

Important: We do not store personal customer information such as names, addresses, email addresses, or payment details. This information remains within Shopify's systems.
